Purchase of Firearms - Direct Order via Quote:

$50.00 plus dealer costs is what you pay. Any gun you want, you pay dealer cost plus $50.00 fee on the transaction. My fee: Any gun with a wholesale value of less than $700.00, you pay cost plus $50.00. $701.00 to $1200.00, my fee is $75.00. $1201.00 and over my fee is $100.00. ANY GUN WE CAN GET YOU. All sales are final. Fed and State Laws / Regulations Apply. With each firearm, you pay dealer cost plus shipping to my location, and shipping and insurance (if you choose) to the dealer of your choice for the transfer. It's that simple, It's that cheap, It's that easy.

Orders placed in this fashion including all class III items and Other Equipment not purhcased through the genie are due in full and payable by money order or bank check unless otherwise arranged for credit card. Any credit card purchase will not reflect the 3.4% cash discount (this does not pertain to purchases made through the gun genie).

BLACKHAWK PRODUCTS:

It's really easy, email us a list of what you want to include product numbers, we respond back with a quote. Any Blackhawk Products are 20% off the MSRP prices quoted on their website. Plus tax if applicable, plus the actual shipping and handling charge. The shipping charge will reflect shipping to Defcon 1 from Blackhawk and a shipping charge to your destination unless pickup or dropoff is arranged; depending on the size of the order. That's it!!!

CLASS III:

Transfers: $50.00 for Suppressors. $100.00 for any other class III transfer. Sales tax applies. We also broker sales for 15% of gross sale amount. SAME FEES APPLY FOR NEW SUPPRESSORS ORDERED IN AS ABOVE FOR FIREARMS. For example, If we order you a new suppressor with a wholesale cost of $699.99, you will pay Defcon 1 $699.99 plus $50.00 fee and shipping and insurance. It's that simple, It's that cheap, It's that easy.

FIREARMS PICKUP AT DEFCON 1:

Each purchase will require a PICS check (state laws apply). A fee of $5.00 is assessed for each PICS check, which is good for up to 3 firearms. A surcharge of $3.00 will apply for each firearm transfered. State sales tax applies for service rendered.

TRANSFERS:

We charge $25.00 for transfers on long guns or hand guns for first firearm, up to 3 firearms can be included on that transaction for $15.00 each after the first $25.00 is paid. After 3 firearms, $25.00 will apply again, etc. For each transfer or purchase requiring federal paperwork (4473), a PICS fee of $5.00 will apply. For example, transfer of 1 handgun and 2 long guns will be charged as such: $25.00 first gun, $15.00 second gun, $15.00 third gun, $5.00 pics check, $3.00 for each gun state surcharge, plus sales tax.

ONLINE FIREARM AND ACCESSORY ORDERS USING 'GUN GENIE':

Orders placed online for any firearms, must be paid in-full upfront. Our gun genie collects only a down-payment for the order from the customer. This is done only to secure your order. Terms and conditions apply to the downpayment and the remaining balance. However, the balance is billable and due immediately. You have 20 days to fulfill outstanding invoice balance at that point, unless the items are on backorder. You will be invoiced for the remainder of the order once you place the order through the site. Firearms cannot be shipped to individuals, only licensed FFL dealers. Once you place your order with us, the procedure is:

1. Payment is received in full and verified.

2. Order is placed for items ordered with manufacturers.

3. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact a licensed FFL in their HOME state where they would like to pickup the firearm. The purchaser must have the FFL dealer send a signed FFL to Defcon 1 so the firearm can be transferred to that dealer.

4. The purchaser and FFL will be notified when the firearms(s) ship. The purchaser will arrange pickup with the receiving dealer. Transfer fee may apply from that dealer; all local, state and Federal laws apply. Shipping from Defcon 1 to the dealer of your choice will be assessed at the time of final invoice billing.
